Your role

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting and hiring the next generation of Recruitment Consultants and Managers across our German business.

As a true business partner, you will work closely with our leadership team, providing market insight and recruitment expertise to support the continued growth of Robert Walters in Germany ( 3 offices).

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from briefing and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source and engage high-calibre talent using a variety of direct sourcing techniques.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates for skills, potential and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Promote the Robert Walters employer brand across the German market and through social media and networking activities.
• Provide market intelligence and recruitment with the best practice advice to hiring managers.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

About you

• Previous experience as Talent Acquisition or recruitment consultant, gained within a recruitment consultancy or another fast-paced commercial environment.
• Fluent German and English are essential.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in business growth.
• Proactive, resilient and results-driven.
• Passionate about identifying and attracting top talent.
