Interim Head of IT (f/m/d)

This requirement is a key within the clients Information Technology. Consulting with the Chief Information Officer, the key orientation of the role is to consult internal stakeholders to deliver on our clients key growth and business objectives. As such, whilst consulting the technology function, the role includes the consulting of the UK divisional leadership teams, with input from the CEO in Germany.

• Chief Information Officer - Regular consultation on strategy, risk, delivery and issues relating to the German IT function and alignment with the lines of business. • Information Technology Leadership – consultation on delivery of global directives and policies. • IT Organisation - consulting on technology and digital strategy, technical matters, risk mitigation strategies, system implementations and upgrades, continuous improvement, and incident response. • Cyber Security Team – sparring with the Cyber UK team, responsibility for enabling execution of Cyber Germany strategy. • Divisional CEO and Divisional Leadership team - Regular consultation to advise on IT strategy, delivery initiatives and general support. • Legal and Compliance - consulting on matters related to legal requirements, standards compliance, and regulatory changes. • EPMO & Change teams - consult on matters related to delivery initiatives Desirables: • project experience within an IT delivery and Service Delivery management environment. • managed a diverse portfolio of technical skills (BA’s, Developers, Engineers, Service Desk Analysts, Delivery Managers etc). • knowledgeable in formal software delivery life cycles, including relevant frameworks that support agile methodology. • understanding of the local Healthcare market, in particular Hospital and Clinical services. • understanding of the regulatory and compliance frameworks for the local healthcare sector.
