In 2015, he was appointed Associate Director of Financial Services in Switzerland. Since 2016, Christian has been leading the Zurich and Geneva teams as Country Director.

With a Master's in Business Administration, Ezequiel held the role of Head of IT Contract Spain with over 12 years of international experience, specializing in providing IT Contracting solutions at Robert Walters in Spain. He has successfully penetrated the IT sector, fostering client and stakeholder relationships across the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. Fluent in English and Spanish, Ezequiel is a seasoned recruitment professional aiming to continue building stories while supporting his clients and candidates.

David Ferreira has over 20 years of experience in the talent selection and consultancy sector, and is recognised as a specialist in delivering first-class talent and services in Portugal. His market knowledge and expertise were key factors in his appointment to lead the company’s operations in the Portuguese market, driving the growth of Robert Walters in Portugal while also strengthening relationships with clients and candidates, in order to foster innovation and excellence in our services.

Karina Sebti

France

Graduated from KEDGE Business School, Karina began her career as a Senior Risk Management Consultant with Dun and Bradstreet. Over a period of ten years, she held the positions of Associate Director and Managing Director within major firms, developing her expertise in financial engineering and interim management. She joined Robert Walters in 2004, where she supported its development by creating the Interim Management division in France, of which she is now Managing Director.

Lucy Bisset

United Kingdom

Lucy completed her studies at the University of Sheffield before kickstarting her career in recruitment as a Senior Consultant in IT. Prior to joining Robert Walters she fulfilled the post of Division Manager in Accounting Operations at another high-profile recruitment firm, overseeing a team recruiting non-qualified staff. Joining Robert Walters in 2011, Lucy worked her way up the ranks starting as a Manager, proceeding to Associate Director before going on to head up the entire arm of Robert Walters North. With 20 years’ experience she now leads a team of over 50 including Interim Management specialists.

Nicole Faboumy

Africa

Graduated from Paris Dauphine University, Nicole has worked for more than 20 years in Audit and Financial Management in international companies in France and England. Nicole joined Robert Walters in 2017 and advises companies of all sizes to hire experts in operational and capital finance management, with experience in strategic projects (M&A, restucturing, transformation, etc.). As Head of Interim Management Africa, Nicole consults African private and public companies as well as international companies with African branches.

Ozlem Simsek

Belgium

Graduated from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and Solvay Business School of Economics and Management, Özlem began her career as a Deputy Advisor at FOD Binnenlandse Zaken, followed by a recruitment role at an international firm. In 2005, she joined Robert Walters as a Senior Consultant and launched the temporary recruitment division. She has been overseeing all divisions as Managing Director in Belgium since 2018 and, in 2023, also became the Managing Director for Switzerland.

Quintin de Koning

Netherlands

Quintin graduated in Business Economics and began his career as a Financial Advisor at Rabobank. In 2010, he joined Robert Walters as a consultant in the Permanent Finance Division. After a few years, he transitioned to interim, where he continued to excel and eventually grew into the role of Director for both Permanent and Interim Recruitment. Quintin is known for his resilience, efficiency, and direct communication, which have been key factors in his successful career progression.

Thomas Hoffmann

Germany

Thomas began his recruitment career immediately after completing his studies in business law with a focus on HR in 2005. Since then, he has gained a deep understanding of the personnel market and recruitment of specialists and executives, both in permanent positions and on an interim basis, in various roles. Thomas currently serves as Managing Director Germany and assists companies in filling highly specialized positions with interim experts, drawing on nearly 20 years of experience.
