Lucy completed her studies at the University of Sheffield before kickstarting her career in recruitment as a Senior Consultant in IT. Prior to joining Robert Walters she fulfilled the post of Division Manager in Accounting Operations at another high-profile recruitment firm, overseeing a team recruiting non-qualified staff. Joining Robert Walters in 2011, Lucy worked her way up the ranks starting as a Manager, proceeding to Associate Director before going on to head up the entire arm of Robert Walters North. Graduated from Paris Dauphine University, Nicole has worked for more than 20 years in Audit and Financial Management in international companies in France and England. Nicole joined Robert Walters in 2017 and advises companies of all sizes to hire experts in operational and capital finance management, with experience in strategic projects (M&A, restucturing, transformation, etc.). As Head of Interim Management Africa, Nicole consults African private and public companies as well as international companies with African branches.

Graduated from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and Solvay Business School of Economics and Management, Özlem began her career as a Deputy Advisor at FOD Binnenlandse Zaken, followed by a recruitment role at an international firm. In 2005, she joined Robert Walters as a Senior Consultant and launched the temporary recruitment division. She has been overseeing all divisions as Managing Director in Belgium since 2018 and, in 2023, also became the Managing Director for Switzerland.

Quintin graduated in Business Economics and began his career as a Financial Advisor at Rabobank. In 2010, he joined Robert Walters as a consultant in the Permanent Finance Division. After a few years, he transitioned to interim, where he continued to excel and eventually grew into the role of Director for both Permanent and Interim Recruitment. Quintin is known for his resilience, efficiency, and direct communication, which have been key factors in his successful career progression.

Thomas began his recruitment career immediately after completing his studies in business law with a focus on HR in 2005. Since then, he has gained a deep understanding of the personnel market and recruitment of specialists and executives, both in permanent positions and on an interim basis, in various roles.
