DJW was founded in 1986 as a platform for the exchange of information and discussion of all topics related to German-Japanese business relations. Today, DJW has more than 1,100 members who actively network and develop their personal business contacts.
As Managing Director of DJW, I am very pleased that Robert Walters is expanding its services in Düsseldorf. The company has been based in our city for a long time and has now launched a "Japan Desk" that focuses on the specific needs of the many Japanese companies in the region.
We see Robert Walters' tailored recruitment offering for the many Japanese companies in the region as a valuable addition to our network. We look forward to working together and providing our members with even more opportunities to grow their businesses in the region.
The Japan Desk is headed by Toshifumi Takagi, who specialises in providing Japanese companies here in Germany with a comprehensive recruitment service that includes the search for professionals and executives in the areas of Accounting & Finance, IT, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources and Legal. In addition to traditional recruitment services, Robert Walters also provides international companies with go-to-market strategy services, talent market analysis and salary and performance evaluations through the use of market intelligence, employer branding campaigns to raise awareness and networking events.
