I can still remember the first time I entered the Robert Walters' office in Düsseldorf in 2017. At that time, the Düsseldorf office was still very small and familiar. I had already been able to gain experience in HR consulting and knew Robert Walters as one of the leading, internationally active HR consultancies. I was excited about the opportunity to work here, to accompany the growth on the German market and to help build up the Sales & Marketing division.

The team feeling at Robert Walters was always special. We worked hard, but also had a lot of fun and celebrated extensively. At Robert Walters I learned that solution orientation, lived values and the presence of leaders are important elements of a successful corporate culture. This had a strong impact on me, and I try to implement these values in my current job as well.

At some point it was time for me to try something new and leave HR consulting. Even after I left, I stayed in close contact and met regularly with my old team.

This is just one of many examples that shows how important Robert Walters considers intensive relationships with (former) colleagues, clients, or candidates. It's not just about getting a job, but also about building a long-term relationship. This is something I value very much and practice in my current job as Key Account Manager at HultEF.

I also maintain a professional relationship with Robert Walters in my new job - the regular exchange has led to a collaboration that enables Robert Walters employees to improve their language skills through our individual courses.

My love of networking is also reflected in my involvement with the women's network IVY Female Collective, where we regularly bring women together for networking meetings in Düsseldorf.

Such networks and meetings are my absolute speciality, which is why I now also run the Robert Walters Alumni Club. This offers all alumni the opportunity to meet former colleagues again, get to know the current team, and generally stay in touch. I see every meeting as an opportunity for exchange and networking. I value the relationships I have built at Robert Walters and am happy to recommend the recruitment consultancy to others. This is because the company not only offers excellent training for newcomers to recruitment and exciting challenges for experienced recruiters, but also strives to build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

Overall, I can say that my time at Robert Walters has been a formative experience.

I am proud to have been part of such a successful organization and grateful for the valuable relationships I built there.
