Finance department: no higher salaries for 2024
Thomas Hartenfels, Senior Director South at Robert Walters, reports in Finance Magazin that salaries in Finance & Accounting are expected to stagnate in 2024. The salary survey by Robert Walters also points to a decline in bonus payments and an increasing willingness to change jobs among finance experts. Hartenfels reports that companies are increasingly focusing on benefits instead of salary increases and prioritising liquidity management, which has a significant influence on the career decisions of professionals.
