The team acts as the first line of defense, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across areas like Risk Management, Business Continuity, Process Documentation, and more. The department translates regulations into actionable guidelines, supports business teams, and manages central regulatory projects.

Your Role

As a Regulatory Compliance Analyst (m/f/d), you will analyze regulatory requirements in financial markets across areas such as Outsourcing, Information Security, and Risk Management. You’ll perform gap analyses, assess business impacts, and prepare executive summaries for senior management. Collaboration with local and global teams will be key to your success. The location is Frankfurt.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze regulatory requirements and their impact on the business.
• Conduct gap analyses and business impact assessments.
• Document findings and prepare senior management presentations.
• Support project scope definition and collaborate on solution design with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related field (or equivalent banking qualification).
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis within financial markets.
• Knowledge of regulations like MaRisk, BAIT, DORA, WpHG.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
