Linda Claßen has followed a clear career path, shaped by various roles and courageous decisions. After completing her Master’s degree, she initially worked as a project assistant. During this time, she gained her first experience in grant consultancy and built a strong professional network. However, after three years, it became clear to Linda Claßen that she was looking for new challenges that her current company could not offer.

She also took on the role of Managing Director at the parent company, IK Management GmbH, which focuses on developing future-oriented real estate and commercial spaces with multimodal logistics and rail connections.
