Key Account Manager (m/f/d) – Korean speaker We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to join my clients Korean Team at an internationally renowned company in the construction industry. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships across Europe. You will act as the key liaison between Korean clients and internal teams, contributing significantly to the brand’s expansion in Europe.
Your Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients
- Acquisition of new industrial and commercial construction projects with Korean clients across Europe
- Conducting market research and presenting the company to potential new customers
- Representing the company at trade fairs, networking events, and other promotional activities
- Managing projects and overseeing Korean customer accounts in Germany and Europe
- Identifying and evaluating opportunities, risks, cost increases, and supplementary calculations in collaboration with operational project teams
- Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders such as planners, subcontractors, and customers
Your Profile
- Degree in civil engineering or architecture, or comparable technical training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the construction industry, ideally in commercial, industrial, or residential construction with larger project volumes
- Initial experience in sales and quotation preparation is desirable but not essential
- Native-level proficiency in Korean; fluent English skills (minimum C1); German language skills at B1 level are advantageous but not mandatory
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and MS Project
- Class B driving license required; high willingness to travel extensively across Europe (including overnight stays)
