Corporate Counsel (m/f/d)

For an internationally operating data center we are currently looking for a Corporate Counsel (m/f/d) for the EMEA region in the Frankfurt am Main area. Our client deals with the technology of well-known hyperscalers, cloud providers and large companies. As Corporate Counsel (m/f/d) you will support the "Corporate Governance" team and will be responsible, among other things, for managing the EMEA legal team.

You are also additionally responsible for:

• Providing legal advice to the corporate management
• Implementation and support of group-wide policies and processes
• Managing, reviewing and negotiating legal documents in German and English, e.g. for the procurement of facilities, supply chain, services, etc.
• Drafting of NDA's, powers of attorney, planning documents etc.
• Assurance of risk management and group-wide requirements
• Support due diligence on real estate, construction contracts, procurement process improvement and regulatory compliance related to data protection and anti-bribery regulations
• Engaging and managing external legal counsel

Your qualification:

• Several years of professional experience in a legal environment
• Two successful Bar state examination or an LL.M. degree
• You have good knowledge and experience with commercial transactions, especially supply chain and/or service contracts
• You are experienced in drafting and negotiating contracts, ideally in the area of real estate and compliance
• Strong IT skills, strong communication skills, autonomy, ability to work in a team and think strategically
