• Hypercare Support: Play a crucial role in global template rollouts by providing hypercare support, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Solution Operations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our ERP/CRM systems. Your expertise will contribute to identifying and implementing system updates, patches, and enhancements.
• System Performance: Keep a watchful eye on system performance, nipping potential bottlenecks in the bud and ensuring optimal functionality.
• Documentation: Craft and maintain support processes, user guides, and troubleshooting documentation.

Qualifications You Bring:

• Passion for IT and solving challenges is in your DNA.
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and network technology.
• A degree in Business Information Systems, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ERP Experience: You've spent at least 2+ years supporting ERP systems, like Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and/or CE.
• Technical Wizardry: Master Microsoft Azure, Dynamics, PowerPlatform, DevOps, and more.
• A problem-solving dynamo, equipped to conquer complex technical issues.
