Senior IT Project Manager (m/f/d) - Transitions

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Project Manager IT Transitions (m/f/d). Together with the IT Transition Program Manager you will work on high-impact transition programs. Responsibilities

• Budget planning, resource allocation
• You provide your own communication and governance function
• Proactive identification of project execution risks, establishment of mitigation mechanisms and communication
• Manage, monitor and deliver multiple cohesive projects as part of the IT Strategy roadmap
• The planning and realization of projects is also part of your job

Qualifications

• Analytical and organizational skills
• Demonstrated project / program experience in a global multicultural organization
• Knowledge of project management and tracking of resources of the deployment team
• Strong customer-centric, team-oriented communication skills, with a focus on building lasting, trusted partnerships through written and verbal communication and pre-management presentations
• Many years of experience in project management practice with agile methods
• Ability to work in an amorphous environment that provides results by affecting the assets outside of the hierarchy
• Successful experience delivering results from geographically disparate teams, including local and remote resources, and competing for highly utilized centralized resources
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Master within IT field or Business Management
• 3 years of experience as a business analyst or management consultant, preferably at a large consultancy firm
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English. Additional language skills in French, Dutch or German are a plus
• Knowledge of PPM or P3O is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager (m/f/d) of complex IT projects, preferably in an international organization
• Sound understanding of IT Quality Management Systems and/or Agile Frameworks
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or other project management tools
• Willingness to travel
• Excellent analytical, inter-personal and communication skills
