IT-Audit Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Düsseldorf

As part of your work as an IT audit manager (m/f/d), you can support internal auditing in the context of continuous improvement of existing and new business areas by providing risk-oriented and independent views.

Your potential tasks:

• Planning and implementation of IT audits in all business areas
• Assisting other audits with IT related expertise
• Analysis and assessment of the IT risk and threat landscape, the organizational structure and relevant IT processes and controls
• Together with the department, develop recommendations for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of IT applications, processes and structures
• Present and report your audit results to the appropriate management
• Monitoring of the implementation of the agreed recommendations
• Assistance in creating the IT audit plan
• Strengthening of reliable and trusting cooperation with relevant stakeholders, with a focus on the IT organization, among other things
• Advisory support for relevant projects

Your skills:

• University degree (Bachelor or Master), e.g. in computer science, information security, engineering, network technology or comparable
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the areas of information & IT security, IT risk management, IT processes, management of IT applications or IT projects
• Business acumen and understanding of the full IT lifecycle and underlying IT management frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
• Relevant experience in the areas of IT auditing, IT risk management or comparable areas
• Knowledge of SAP solutions and cloud technologies is an advantage
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CIA or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are an advantage
• High level of stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate at different levels of the organization including senior management level
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail while keeping the big picture in mind
• Convincing personality who is enthusiastic about constantly changing challenges
• Excellent team and cooperation skills
• Commitment to be part of an international professional community and to contribute to the continuous development and improvement of internal auditing
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Other languages ​​such as German are an advantage
