For a renowned company operating in the commerce sector, we are looking for an Interim Finance Director (m/f/d). The innovative company is looking for growth in the Team in Frankfurt as soon as possible.

Interim Finance Director (m/f/d)

Remote, with approximately 10% on-site presence in Frankfurt

Your Responsibilities:

• Strategic and operational management of the following departments: Accounting, Treasury, Controlling and Tax
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's objectives and drive profitability.
• Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring the team is motivated and engaged
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
• Evolve and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, banks, and other financial partners
• Provide guidance and support to the business on all finance-related matters, including pricing, cost optimization, and revenue recognition
• Ensure compliance with all accounting and tax regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures
• Take ownership of Investor Relations, managing communications and relationships with the Family Office

Your Profile:

• Extensive knowledge as an Interim Finance Director
• Experience in managing a large finance team with diverse responsibilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
• Be an inspiring leader who recognizes the long-term impact of accounting on business success
• Have experience with data and ERP projects, including migration
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English
