Senior Sales Controller (f/m/d)

Your Mission:

• Identifying KPIs and improvement potentials
• coming up with solutions and recommendations in cross-functional teams
• Monitoring of KPIs, preparing of analyses and presentation results
• Analyzing financial performance of our projects compared to the target and supporting management in exploiting our full potential
• Coordinating, controlling and evaluation of the monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts, including risks and opportunities management
• Coordinating of the annual Business planning processes
• Developing more efficient, effective and simpler Controlling-Tools and Reporting
  Supporting in further development of Expansion Strategy/country-specific Business Cases

Your profile:

• At least 5 years of proven professional experience in Finance & Controlling, ideally in a growing international business environment
• Degree in Economics or Business Administration, ideally with major in Finance/Controlling
• Strong analytical and communicative skills
• Strong focus on business partnering
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills combined with hands-on mentality: Goal-and performance oriented, independent, structured way of working
• Extensive P&L knowledge and experience in accounting processes would be beneficial
• Experienced user of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), SAP and BI are desirable
• Passion for growth, to drive success in a changing business environment
• Fluent in spoken and written English, German would be a plus
