Mid-Senior level, Finance and Regulatory Reporting (m/w/d)

Für eine Inhouse-Position bei einer internationalen Bank im Herzen von Frankfurt suche ich einen erfahrenen Meldewesen-Spezialisten (w/m/d) mit fundierten Kenntnissen im Finanzreporting, insbesondere in den Bereichen Lagebericht und Offenlegungsbericht. Idealerweise verfügen Sie zudem über Erfahrung mit Liquiditätsreporting-Frameworks wie LCR, AMM sowie monatlichen Berichten wie BISTA, AUSTA und AnaCredit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting Structure: Report directly to the Head of Finance & Reporting, overseeing the finance and regulatory functions as outlined in the organizational structure, with approvals from the branch's senior management board.

• Daily Operations: Prepare and monitor daily operations related to finance and regulatory matters, ensuring smooth execution and compliance.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all reporting is conducted in strict adherence to internal policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and Head Office guidelines.

• Regulatory Reporting: Prepare, review, and ensure timely submission of all regulatory reports, with a particular focus on liquidity reporting. This includes critical areas such as Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), and Additional Monitoring Metrics (AMM).

• Reporting Frameworks Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of various reporting frameworks, including:

  • Monthly reports: BISTA, AUSTA, AnaCredit
  • Quarterly reports: KNS, LE, LR, FinRep, CoRep
  • Annual reports: Lagebericht (Management Report) and Offenlegungsbericht (Disclosure Report)

• Budget Planning & Financial Statements: Prepare and maintain budget planning and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code) and KWG (German Banking Act) requirements.

• Regulatory Communication: Assist in the reporting process to regulatory authorities such as Bundesbank and ECB.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both German and English to effectively communicate across teams and stakeholders.
