Key Responsibilities

• Support the Data Protection Officer (DPO) in policy development, control execution, and compliance monitoring.
• Provide expert advice on GDPR/federal data protection and other regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with Risk Management, Information Security, Legal, Procurement, Technology, and Operations to ensure cohesive governance.
• Assist with external audits and improve internal controls.
• Promote an inclusive workplace and stay updated on relevant regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Economics, Law, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in Compliance or regulatory roles within finance or consultancy/audit firms.
• Strong knowledge of German/European regulations
• Fluency in German and English; excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and build strong relationships.
